Learn how to dig, divide, and store your dahlias so you can enjoy loads of beautiful blooms next summer and fall!
We'll start the morning with cider and donuts and a hands-on dahlia dividing workshop, where you'll learn how to properly divide your tubers. Then, we'll head out to the flower field to learn how to dig up dahlia clumps and prepare them for winter storage.

A Few Things to Know Before You Come:
🍂 Dress for the weather! We'll be spending part of our morning outdoors in the flower field, so please wear appropriate clothing for fall temperatures and sturdy shoes or boots that you don't mind getting dirty.
🌡️ Winter Storage: To successfully store dahlia tubers over the winter, you'll need a space that consistently stays between 40–50°F, such as an unfinished basement, root cellar, or garage that stays above freezing. Dahlia tubers cannot freeze, so please make sure you have a suitable storage space before purchasing your ticket.
